A) Customer shall only hand over the Products to AAJ SWIFT on which excise, custom, GST, and other applicable and relevant duties/taxes have been paid. Customer shall be solely liable for all costs and expenses (which shall without limitations include GST taxes, relevant and applicable duties) related to the shipments.

B) Customer is the authorized owner and/or possessor of the Products transported hereunder, and the Customer hereby accepts AAJ SWIFT's terms and conditions for itself and/or as an agent for and on behalf of any other person having any interest in the shipment.

C) Customer shall comply with GST related compliances: i. Customer shall ensure compliance as prescribed under GST laws. This includes issuance of Part-A of e-Way Bill.

D) AAJ SWIFT shall be under no obligation and is not expected to verify the description and contents of the Products declared by the Customer on the invoice, and as such, the Customer hereby undertakes and ensures to make proper, true, fair, correct, and factual declaration on the invoice regarding description and value of Products.

E) AAJ SWIFT has the right but not the obligation to open and/or inspect the shipment.

F) Electronic copy of Proof of Delivery (E-POD), counter-signed by Customer's representative who received the Products (or Customer's consignee), will be shared with the Customer. The email approval from the Customer (or Customer's consignee) in relation to the Services performed shall be considered as E-POD. If the customer or its representative has any objection with the E-POD, they must raise it within 7 days of the delivery date as declared on AAJ SWIFT e-portal. The billing and invoice clearance shall be made on the basis of the said E-POD.

G) The consignor at the pick-up location must upload the measurements (dimensions, weight, number of boxes) on AAJ SWIFT e-portal. The measurements and weight provided by the customer could be verified by AAJ SWIFT and actual measurements shall be used for billing if information provided by the customer is found incorrect.

H) The Customer agrees that the shipment will be transported along with other shipments from other customers, and for this purpose, all shipments will be transshipped.

I) The Customer shall at all times fully indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AAJ SWIFT, its directors, officers, employees, contractors, agents, and other representatives from and against all losses, damages, charges, liability, claims, costs, penalty, and expenses (including but not limited to legal expenses) arising from or in connection with its goods and their trade.

J) The Customer shall at all times fully indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AAJ SWIFT, its directors, officers, employees, contractors, agents, and other representatives from and against all losses, damages, charges, liability, claims, costs, penalty, and expenses (including but not limited to legal expenses) arising from or in connection with its goods and their trade.

K) The Customer shall at all times fully indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AAJ SWIFT, its directors, officers, employees, contractors, agents, and other representatives from and against all losses, damages, charges, liability, claims, costs, penalty, and expenses (including but not limited to legal expenses) arising from or in connection with its goods and their trade.

L) The Customer shall at all times fully indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AAJ SWIFT, its directors, officers, employees, contractors, agents, and other representatives from and against all losses, damages, charges, liability, claims, costs, penalty, and expenses (including but not limited to legal expenses) arising from or in connection with its goods and their trade.

M) The Customer shall at all times fully indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AAJ SWIFT, its directors, officers, employees, contractors, agents, and other representatives from and against all losses, damages, charges, liability, claims, costs, penalty, and expenses (including but not limited to legal expenses) arising from or in connection with its goods and their trade.

N) The Customer shall at all times fully indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AAJ SWIFT, its directors, officers, employees, contractors, agents, and other representatives from and against all losses, damages, charges, liability, claims, costs, penalty, and expenses (including but not limited to legal expenses) arising from or in connection with its goods and their trade.

O) The Customer shall at all times fully indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AAJ SWIFT, its directors, officers, employees, contractors, agents, and other representatives from and against all losses, damages, charges, liability, claims, costs, penalty, and expenses (including but not limited to legal expenses) arising from or in connection with its goods and their trade.

P) The Customer shall at all times fully indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AAJ SWIFT, its directors, officers, employees, contractors, agents, and other representatives from and against all losses, damages, charges, liability, claims, costs, penalty, and expenses (including but not limited to legal expenses) arising from or in connection with its goods and their trade.

Q) The Customer shall at all times fully indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AAJ SWIFT, its directors, officers, employees, contractors, agents, and other representatives from and against all losses, damages, charges, liability, claims, costs, penalty, and expenses (including but not limited to legal expenses) arising from or in connection with its goods and their trade.
